VIRTUAL ASSISTANT​

WHAT WILL YOU DO:

  • Manage client’s daily schedule.
  • Work closely with Senior Management.
  • Use the internet, surveys, documents, and other research to help the person they are assisting collect information.
  • Manage and respond to project-related email.
  • Attend project meetings.
  • Summarize project results.
  • Prepare other articles, reports, and presentations.
  • Any other tasks the business or clients request.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR:
  • Must have at least 3 years Virtual Assistant experience.
  • Must be computer savvy
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to give clear instructions.
  • Good numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Commercial awareness for work with corporate clients.
  • Must be willing to work night shifts.

CUSTOMER SERVICE
REPRESENTATIVE

WHAT WILL YOU DO:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Communicate with customers through various channels.
  • Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR:
  • Must have at least 1 years experience in a call center as an Inbound Customer Service Representative.
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Must be willing to work night shifts, weekends and holidays.
  • Must be able to work independently with minimum supervision.
